Michael Nemnich is self-taught surf inspired artist who has been involved in one form of art or another as far back as he can remember. He is also known in the surfing world as 'Nemo' He has created everything from fabric prints to etching, including what he is probably best known for-some 16 years of airbrushing surfboards in his wild and abstract style, under the name Nemo Sprays. Now a respected fabric designer, illustrator, t-shirt designer and surfer, Mike's career as a surf artist has combined the best of all worlds- his love of surfing, the Florida environment, and his art. After graduating from high school, Mike's desire to travel and surf was so great, he joined the pro circuit.
For many years he has traveled around the world to such places as Europe, Mexico, Hawaii, Australia, Thailand, Bali, and Java. The surf artwork he creates incorporates elements of the ocean environment with ethnic influences from his travels. This collection reflects his unique style of 'Surf Art'.
